A Nike campaign celebrating Nigeria’s ten time WAFCON winners, showcasing the Nike Women’s Homecoming jersey collection. Featuring Nigeria internationals Jennifer Echegini and Rasheedat Ajibade, the campaign was shot on location in Porto-Salvo, Portugal, bringing the Homecoming concept to life on foreign soil, a deliberate nod to the experience of representing your nation far from home

The styling layers the jerseys with pieces from the Nike and Homecoming collections, grounding the campaign in a streetwear aesthetic that feels personal and culturally rooted. Cowrie shells woven through the hair dand a consistent palette of green, white and gold anchor each look in something specifically Nigerian. The jerseys are presented not simply as sportswear but as cultural garments, belonging as much to the street as they do to the pitch.

What comes through most clearly across the images is the joy. Two athletes, fully themselves, celebrating who they are and where they come from. Rooted in culture, worn with pride.
